The good news is that you don’t need a Japanese bamboo whisk (chasen) to make delicious matcha at home. All you need is a simple milk frother or even a blender. All methods are great – the most important thing is that the matcha is of high quality 💚 First of all, add half a teaspoon (1-2g) of BONUS TONUS matcha to a bowl. Add a little (60-70ml) of warm, cold or hot (70-80 °C) but not boiling water. Boiling water not only spoils the taste but also destroys vitamins and antioxidants.
